OFF THE CV MAKER 2.0Make your own.

Your CV burns onto a CD, an iMac boots, and a podcast about your work plays in your own voice. Your own Claude builds all of it, on your machine.

Say this

Use Wispr to tell your Claude:

Make your own sameep.ai using my GitHub profile.

Hold your Wispr Flow key in Claude Code and say it. Or type it.

First time? Give your Claude the skill once, so it knows what “sameep.ai” means:

curl -fsSL https://sameep.ai/skill/off-the-cv/install.sh | sh

Not on Claude Code? Paste sameep.ai/llms.txt into any agent along with the sentence.

How it works
  1. It asks once. Your GitHub name, then anything else you want in: a CV (PDF or LinkedIn export), a photo, 30 seconds of your voice. All optional. One message, so it never stalls halfway.
  2. It builds. Pulls your projects, burns your CV into the hero, writes the episode in your voice, draws a pixel-art you, clones your voice on your own Mac, then makes the lip-sync and subtitles.
  3. You check, then it ships. A local preview first. A privacy scan. Then GitHub Pages or Cloudflare, only when you say yes.

For Claude Code

SKILL.md plus the scripts: scaffold, sprite, voice with a whisper check, lip-sync, deploy.

The engine is open source. Everything about you lives in me.json plus your episode.

What it won’t do
  • Make anything up. Every line traces to your CV, a README or something you told it.
  • Use a face or a voice that isn’t yours. The hosts are fictional, with preset voices.
  • Publish your email, phone, address or keys. The CV that burns has no contact details.
  • Send your visitors’ data to me. My analytics are switched off in your copy.
  • Publish anything before you’ve seen it and said yes.

Or build it in your browser

Looking for Switchboard…
Needs Switchboard to lend this page your Claude. It makes a bundle you host yourself.
Step 1 of 6 · Context
01

What should it know about you?

Public GitHub repos, a pasted bio, links. Nothing is sent anywhere until you press a button.

Step 2 of 6 · Write the episode
02

Your Claude writes the show

Host questions, a short answer that leaves threads hanging, a deeper answer for each thread, choices the visitor can say out loud, and demos.

Without Switchboard: paste the prompt into any Claude and paste its JSON reply below.

Step 3 of 6 · Avatar
03

Your face, four frames

Mouth closed, mid, open, and a blink. Drop a photo: this page makes a duotone set in your browser. Drag the pink dot to your mouth and the blue dots to your eyes.

Drop a photo or tap to choose one
Face toward the camera, shoulders up. It stays in this tab.
Want painted or illustrated frames instead? Generating images isn't something Switchboard lends to web pages. Your Claude Code can do it with your own image tool: the off-the-cv skill has an avatar step that makes the 4 frames from this same photo. You can also drop your own 4 frames into the bundle's sprites/guest/ folder.
Step 4 of 6 · Voice
04

Your voice, cloned on your Mac

Switchboard's local voice engine (Pocket TTS on MLX) clones a voice from a short clip, on your machine. No cloud, no credits.

Read this out loud at your normal pace. One take is fine.

I build things mostly to find out whether they should exist. Some of them work. Most of them teach me something, and a few of them change how I work for good. If you're listening to this, you're hearing a copy of my voice reading words my own Claude helped me write, which is either very cool or a little strange. Probably both. Ask me about anything on the screen, and I'll tell you the version I'd tell a friend over coffee.

What's real here: rendering uses claude_speak, the speech method Switchboard lends to pages. Cloning isn't a Switchboard method yet, so the Clone button talks straight to your local voice engine at 127.0.0.1:7897, the same way Switchboard's own Clone wrapp does. Your browser may ask to allow access to devices on your local network. If it can't reach the engine, download the sample and let the skill clone it.
Step 5 of 6 · Preview
05

Play it

Opens the real player with your bundle loaded from this tab. Keep this tab open while you preview.

Play the sample

Step 6 of 6 · Ship it
06

Download, then publish

A zip with everything. Put it on any static host.

  1. Fork sameeeeeeep/sameep.ai (MIT).
  2. Unzip into me/ at the repo root, so you have me/persona.json.
  3. Settings → Pages → deploy from main, root folder.
  4. Share https://<you>.github.io/sameep.ai/?persona=me/persona.json, or point your own domain at it.

Or host the bundle anywhere with CORS on, and share https://sameep.ai/?persona=https://your.host/persona.json.
